Healthy food vs Junk food
Healthy food consist of pure fruits, vegetables, milk, fresh juice, dry fruits, pulses and so on.
Junk food consist of burger, pizza, momos, french fries, cold drinks and so on.
Healthy food are beneficial for our health. It provides energy and stamina. We do many activities in a day. We need to get energy so healthy food provides it. We can easily work after taking it. We should take care of our health.
Junk food are not beneficial for us. We eat everytime. We increase our fat by taking it.
In our lifestyle, we have a lot of works like housewifes do house chores, husbands do work in offices, shops etc.,
Healthy food vs Junk food
1) Healthy food has carbohydrates, protiens, vitamins, water and minerals but Junk food has only fat.
2) Healthy food fight against diseases but Junk food increases diseases.
3) We need nutrients for doing activities but we increase our fat after taking it.
We should balance our nutrients. We have a good balance diet. Its depend to us what we are eating. We need to balance it.
We should do excercise after eating either healthy food or junk food. If we take junk food we should balance with healthy food or excercise.
